WaffleBerry is currently provided as a beta version. Features may change, contain bugs, become temporarily unavailable, or be modified as we continue developing and improving the service.
2. AI-Generated Responses
WaffleBerry uses artificial intelligence to generate responses based on the information and memories available to it. AI-generated responses may sometimes be incomplete, inaccurate, or misunderstand information. Users should not rely on WaffleBerry for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice.
3. Your Memories and Content
You are responsible for the stories, memories, recordings, text, and other content you provide to WaffleBerry. You should only upload or share information that you have the right and permission to provide.
4. Voice and Likeness
If WaffleBerry provides voice-cloning or voice-likeness features, you may only use voices that belong to you or that you have clear permission to use. You may not impersonate another person or use someone's voice or likeness without their consent.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse WaffleBerry for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes, or attempt to interfere with, damage, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
6. Service Availability and Changes
WaffleBerry does not guarantee uninterrupted availability during the beta. Usage limits, features, plans, and functionality may change as the product develops. We may temporarily restrict or suspend parts of the service when required for maintenance, security, provider availability, or product updates.
